Jerica was great to work with. Very open to anything I had to say, and a very dynamic person to work with. Knew the right questions to ask and suggestions to make to keep things progressing, but never made me feel like I was being pushed beyond what I was okay with and is extremely good at keeping me honest and accountable when meeting, or not meeting, the goals we'd set together. She's excellent at guiding someone to the conclusions they need to make, while not just telling them outright 'this is what you need to do', letting the client make their own progress and making it feel that much more meaningful, enabling it to last longer and have better staying power. Jerica was a pleasure to work with, and I'm going to miss our sessions.
